Funding Guide (pdf)

In response to extensive community consultation through 2005 and 2006, United Way of Greater Victoria is focusing its investments on the following:

  • Family and Community Well-being
  • Housing for Homeless, Low Income and Working Poor
  • Mental Health and Addictions

Community Impact Councils, representing significant expertise and experience across these areas and broadly representing the regional community, will develop goals and strategies for investments in each of the Community Impact Areas, and recommend funding distribution to the Board of the United Way of Greater Victoria.

United Way of Greater Victoria funds programs and projects in the Greater Victoria and Southern Gulf Islands. For a map of the CRD, click on the link: http://www.crd.bc.ca/maps/documents/CRD_adminbounds2009.pdf
